Historical YTD Report
Hi,
We are currently using MYOB Payroll 2023.1 (New Zealand).
I have been asked to provide historical payroll data for the last 5 years, including:
- employee name & number
- calendar YTD salary & wgaes
- calendar YTD commissions
- calendar YTD sum of above two figures.
What report can I use to source these figures, and can I export to excel?

This information is available in MYOB Payroll.
- employee name & number - go to reports - Employees reports- Employee Addresses - will give you a bit more information but essentially what you want.
- calendar YTD salary & wages - Go to reports - Period reports - by employee paycode - filter to date range required. Choose the paycodes you require. On the last page choose print pay totals only
- calendar YTD commissions - Reports - Period reports - by employee paycode, but filter to only commissions code and date range. Again choose on pay totals on last page
- calendar YTD sum of above two figures. - same report as above, but include all paycodes.
Sorry none of these export to excel. Yiu would need to use a report writer to convert to excel. I use Nitro Pro. Works mostly, but sometimes the detail is too much.
