Super payment was deducted twice, how do I get a refund back to account?

Hi,   A super payment was authorized but then reversed, however funds still have been withdrawn from my account twice. Have sent a few messages to MYOB but no reply, does anyone know how to get a r...

Looks like you’ve encountered a double deduction for your super payment. Sorry to hear about the hassle! If the funds were withdrawn twice, you’ll need to reach out directly to your super fund to request a refund for the duplicated payment. They should be able to assist you with this process.
