Undeposited fund account

Hi, I am new in MYOB solo and access Solo from my laptop. I used Bank\Receive money\undeposited funds account (asset) to record multiple cash sales. This sums up with $1840. $1,840 was deposited into...

Thanks for your reply and advice. I am doing a volunteering work as a bookkeeper for a non-profit school. They gain and access Solo via the app but they need my help to review. I have knowledge of MYOB accounting plus but not MYOB solo so unsure how I can deal with this undeposited fund account and Prepared cash deposit. To solve this, what should I do on the app when reviewing this transaction? Appreciate your guidance.
