Solved

Making a purchase order, at the very top it has [Purchases - New Service]

How do I switch it to New Item to allow for a quantity to be inputted.    I am using MYOB AccountRight Plus v19 ED   Thank you

You can input the quantity of your new item by going to Layout. If you are already on the screen of Purchases - New Item, click the Layout option and select Item.
