Need integration with third-party software advice. Integration with servicem8 has been a nightmare

Hey all,

I've recently attempted to integrate myob with servicem8 and it has been one nightmarish, time-sucking issue after another..

I need help on the latest issue from anyone that might be able to help..

After creating a brand new invoice ITEM template form on myob, so that servicem8 invoices can be imported through to myob (rediculous that myob won't accept invoices with a service layout) 

I've ran into the issue whereby myob will create a DUPLICATE contact card.

After painstakingly ironing out a LOT of creases, I've sent about 3 invoices from servicem8 throughto myob with relative success, however, i've according to myobs' card file, I've essentially started a brand new account with EXISTING clients of mine with a long history.

When I try to delete the duplicate cards, myob tells me it can't delete cards with a journal entry..

Can someone please offer me a simple, elegant solution to all of this.

For what i'm paying, i'm at my wits end with myob and I'm a 12-year customer.

I just want to feel like someone can help me so I don't have to waste anymore time on this.
