TPAR - taxable payments annual report not picking up all relevant entries

I have a supplier not being picked up on the 2022-2023 TPAR report (it was on last year's report) and one that is only showing 3 of many entries.  I had problems last year with some non ASCII characters but these two suppliers don't fall in to that category.
