Credit notes

Hi, As its impossible to get any support from MYOB as been trying for days to get an answer on this one

 

Can someone please help me on here?

 

With credits - as in I have received the funds and allocated the money to an invoice. I need to search a day I put these in. I.E I entered a $100 credit, and I think I allocated it to an incorrect invoice, so I want to look at those credits and confirm I added this to the correct invoice. where and how can I do this by date please

    Hi Ronabartlett 

     

    If you are using AccountRight, use Find Transactions, set the account to Trade Debtors and date range. Applying a credit usually has an SJ prefix by default.
