CREDIT NOTE ON SALE

Hi 

Having problems since the new update applying a credit note on the returns and credits the original invoice isn't showing and you can't apply the credit.

Any ideas never had this problem before.

    Hi Jackio 

     

    Do you use categories i.e. is Setup>>Preferences>>System -- Category tracking is enabled? If so, then you need to make sure that the category on the invoice and that of the credit note match before you can apply the credit note.
