We lost internet connection when my backup was running, I now cant log into the system as it is saying backup in progress.  Would you please resolve?

    I see you're having a bit of a hiccup with your system showing a backup in progress and stopping you from logging in. No sweat, we'll sort this out together. To get started, could you please share the last four digits of your serial number and your company file ID number? This will allow me to apply the correct fix to your file.
