Leave balance discrepancy with reinstated employee

Hi,

 

I have a client who has reinstated employees in MYOB AccountRight and there is now a discrepancy in the Entitlement reporting. The leave balances for the two employees on the entitlement reports are not matching the employees cards. 

 

I have read the various posts regarding reinstating employees and issues with leave entitlements, and may need MYOB to correct the error from their end?

 

Can anyone help with this?

    The employee's name
    The date of termination
    The date of reinstatement
    Expected leave balances for each Entitlement Accrual category for the employee
