To help with your situation, try recapping the pay liabilities related to the transactions that are missing from the reconcile window to ensure they are recorded to the correct account. Also, check if they are already part of a previous reconciliation. If none of these scenarios caused the transaction to not appear in the reconcile window, I recommend reaching out to support for further troubleshooting. You can contact them via the MyAccount window or live chat through MOCA.
