Hello Community, I seem to be unable to reply to a private inbox message nor compose a new message. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Regards Tony

No problem replying here to you. It's when I'm in my inbox and select a message to reply to, I can read it but not reply to it.
My original problem was that when I try to confirm my wife's still active company file by phone, I don't receive a license file to enter via email.

When confirming a company file, you'll have two options such as confirming by phone or online. If you will be asked for confirmation code, you can get through this link. On the other hand, if it's still asking for a license file, I recommend reaching out to our virtual help MOCA.

Hi there hannahpycroft,
To send me a private message, you can click the envelope icon from your profile. I've attached a screenshot below.
Under 'Inbox', you should be able to see the private message I sent and then click on that message to create a response.
I'll be waiting for your private message together with the details I requested.
