HOW TO SEND A PRIVATE MESSAGE TO MYOB MODERATOR

I am having issues with MYOB and the moderator is asking me to send him a private message but I can not see how to send. Maybe I am not familiar with this or really it is not available for me to send a private message. Please let me know how to send private message so i can get help to have me current issue in MYOB which is "Unable to log in because back-up is in progress"
