Error Message in Processing Super

Hi,

 

I am process the Super payment for December 2025 which also includes negative adjustments for prior months (July, August and September 2025), but I get the following error message.

 

'A problem occurred with processing this super payment. Please refresh the browser, check the details and try again.'

    Hi Jennielee,

     

    Thanks for explaining what's happening. When the error "A problem occurred with processing this super payment. Please refresh the browser, check the details and try again." shows up alongside prior-month negative adjustments, the best fix is to jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account. The support team can run a specific script on your file that's designed to clear this and allow the payment to go through.

    we have same issues and were told to redo paysuper application and still same error
