Thanks for explaining what's happening. When the error "A problem occurred with processing this super payment. Please refresh the browser, check the details and try again." shows up alongside prior-month negative adjustments, the best fix is to jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account. The support team can run a specific script on your file that's designed to clear this and allow the payment to go through.
