Hi sweeneyk,
Thanks for the screenshot. A good place to start is this Community Forum post, which steps through the checks for that Pay Super error: PaySuper error message - Your login to Pay Super may have timed out. If you work through those steps and it’s still not behaving, it’d be best to reach out to our support team via the Contact Us page so they can take a closer look at what’s going on.
