PaySuper authorisation taking far too long.

Hello,

 

We submitted our PaySuper authorisation documents via email on 18/05/2026, but have not yet received a confirmation email and still do not have access. Could you please provide an update and arrange access as a priority?

    Escalated through online chat support and fixed within the hour.

    Hey APMMichelle​ 

    The team are getting a lot of these requests from people as they need to update before the payday super change takes place which is causing the longer turnaround time sorry. We will aim to process it as soon as possible and will send confirmation to the contact email originally provided when submitting the form.
