Why is it that under ' Online admin'  which indicate that user ' Can access all MYOB files under this serial number.' - I still get message ' Your login to Pay Super may have timed out. You will need to go back to the main super payments screen to refresh your login, then try to create a payment again. If you still can't, you may not be authorised to do this. You'll need to find someone who is.' ?

    Hi DanielSoo,

     

    Good point! Online Admin access in the MYOB file and being set up as a Pay Super Admin don’t always mean the same thing. Being an Online Admin means you can access all company files under the serial number, but Pay Super has its own roles and permissions when it comes to creating, authorising, and managing super payments. For a bit more detail, you can check out this link.

     

    If you’ve already set yourself up as the Pay Super Administrator and you’re still getting the timeout error, then this file will need to be checked by our team a bit more closely. They’ll be able to look into the Pay Super setup on the backend and confirm whether the registration and user details are set up correctly for that specific file.     Thank you for your reply.

    I have check the link and it does not provide any information on setting up as the pay super administrator.  Attached is the snippet of the site.  Hope you can provide a clear reply on this.
