My.myob manage staff users
When I go to My.Myob & select Manage Practice Users , the staff member is shown as available, however when I then go to Manage online File Access, they do not appear on the list to select. Can you please advise how to correct this. Thanks
Thanks, I was not going to Partner.myob.com. I now have access & can see my staff and client files, however it only goes up to clients starting with P? All clients after P do not show on my list? It does not give me the option to a second page or anything? Do i look somewhere else for these?
