Granting access to my.MYOB
Hi, we have received a notification in our work programme that is connected to MYOB for invoices/payments etc. We received the following message and can't figure out what has happened.
'This application has not been granted access to my.MYOB, please select your company file again'
Can anyone help as our invoices won't go through to MYOB until this is resolved. I wonder if it was because we duplicated a job but changed the Debtor and that confused the system. We use iBodyshop as we are in the automotive industry.

Hi Alison9 , iBodyShop will have some kind of configuration screen to set up the connection to your MYOB file. You need to go there and re-do the set-up. During that process you should be asked to authorise the connection. If that all works it should solve this issue.
