Trying to send a Private Message to a moderator. I click on the Moderator's User name in an answer on the Community forum, comes up with his/her statistics, click on the option to send a Private Message and the resulting page has no messaging options on it. Just states the title "Private Messagesd".

We have already granted you access to send us a private message. Just click on your forum display picture at the top right-hand of your screen then choose the envelope icon that appears. And the private message window will appear.
