Improve customer service

I only ever have to call support once a year and EVERY year it is the same lack of support and customer service.  I have just been on hold for over 20 mins when the phone cut out.  Please fix the customer service issues.  I have been using MYOB since it was first released and love the software but dread having to call customer service.  Charges go up every year but customer service gets worse.
