Schedule for jobs

Having your schedule within the app so you know what you have going on certain days also linking all that up with your invoices all in the 1 app makes all the world of difference. There are so many apps for scheduling but having it all together in the 1 place would be quite beneficial. Im only new to business but this would go a long way.

    You’ve hit on something a lot of solo operators feel early on… juggling a calendar over here, invoices over there, and trying to keep it all stitched together in your head (or five different apps). Having your schedule and invoicing talking to each other in one place would absolutely take a chunk of friction out of the day.


    The bit I’m especially curious about is how you’re running things today. What calendar are you using at the moment – something like Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or a booking tool? And when you picture this working in Solo, what’s the magic moment for you… is it:

    • auto-creating invoices from booked jobs
    • seeing your week’s work alongside what’s been paid vs unpaid
    • or just having one place to sanity-check your schedule and cash flow

    Also love that you called this out as a “new to business” need. That’s usually where the admin load hits hardest, so ideas like this can make a real difference early on.


    I’ll make sure this gets in front of the team, and if you’ve got a rough “day in the life” of how you’d use it, chuck it in here. That kind of detail really helps shape how (and if) something like this comes to life.

     

    And for what it’s worth, you’re already thinking like someone who’s trying to work smarter, not harder. That’s half the battle won.
