Thank you for clarifying, that definitely doesn't sound right so I'd love to take a closer look at this for you!
I double checked here on my end and the search seems to be working as it should, so we need to investigate a little further why it's not behaving with your file!
We will probably need some screenshots or screen recordings from you in order to get the full picture. Would you be able to reach out to us in a private message via the app: Click More -> "Chat with us" -> New conversation. Pro tip: If you type "Speak to human" and send, it should bring you directly to one of our team members.
