Give your Invoices a personal touch  

Your invoice is more than a payment request, it’s a snapshot of your business. A clear invoice can help customers recognise your brand, find the details they need (like the services you provided and how to pay you), and make getting paid that little bit easier. 

 

In Solo, you can customise your invoice template anytime by heading to: 

Money in > ⚙️Settings  > Invoice settings > Invoice template

 

From here, you’ll see two handy sections: 

🎨 Logo and colour 

A few quick tweaks here can make your invoices look polished and instantly recognisable. Want your invoices to feel a little less generic? This is where to start. 

You can: 

• Upload or update your chosen logo ✨
• Pick a colour that suits your brand and style 🎨

📇 Contact details 

This section controls the business information shown on your invoices, so customers know exactly who they’re paying. You can also edit these details anytime if something changes. No outdated phone numbers hanging around on invoices, thanks!  

You can manage: 

Business details

• Business name
• ABN display details 

Contact details

• Address
• Phone number
• Email address
