How can I check how many company files I can activate on my serial number? How do I add more?

We have a serial number and three company files online already. We want to add another company and also put it online? How do I check if I need to purchase more licences? How do I purchase more licences? What details do you need for me to give to do this?

Also, if we also as well want to set up another company, completely separate (different computer, users etc) from those ones, Can we purchase another Serial number/licence and setup up the company file via the MYOB website?

I'm basically just trying to limit the amount of time we need to be on the phone as from where we are calls are very expensive and we prefer to do as much online as possible.

Hi @Rui670 

Thanks for your post. At the moment you have 7 subscriptions (3 online, so you are entitled to put the other 4 online if you want). If you want to start a new company file you will have to get a new subscription on the serial number. Currently that is only possible via our phone support or Livechat (On the Contact us page, look for the chat button in the bottom corner to start a live chat with a specialist).
