Since upgrading to the new version of Myob when I proceed to backup the message is I havent backed up in x amount of days (growing daily). I have checked the hard drive and all the backups are there, we back up at the end of each day. Is anyone else having this problem

I have been receiving the same message about the backup (up to about 31 days now).
All the backups appear to be saved even though they are not showing as such with MYOB.

Since upgrading to the new version of Myob when I proceed to backup the message is I havent backed up in x amount of days - increasing daily. Now up to 28 days!! I have checked and all the backups are there, we back up at the end of each day. A number of people seem to be having the same problem. Is it at least being looked at by MYOB???

Since the upgrade the BackUp is much quicker. But the file size is less.
Then the next time I back up a message say I have not backed up for x Days.
Has the Back process been improved or am I not backing up ALL my data?

Our team are looking into an issue where using this function, rather than manually backing up through File >> Back Up, doesn’t update the date as it should. Although the backup is being taken successfully, as can be verified by opening the location where your saving the backup to.
We have made performance improvements that mean backups are faster for some files.
