Can't restore company file online

Can't restore company file online

I tried to restore this online but it wouldn't do it, I keep getting a ERROR message: The connection to the server was lost. Please check that the server is on and connected to the network.

There is no problem with the internet connection. What is the problem? Is there another way to restore the file online?
