Connection to server failure

Since yesterday we've been unable to connect to our MYOB file as an error pops up advising 'The connection with the server has failed.  Please check your network connection and try again later'.  I have updated the file to the 2020.2 version with the same result, and restarted my PC.  It's occuring on both PCs where MYOB is installed.  We have no problem with our internet access or any other services.  

 

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi All,

I cannot access the system, today, what is going on?

I have internet, everything is alright from my end,

I have the same problem. When I try to login I get an 'Error. The connection with the server has failed. Please check your network connection and try again later.' I have 2020.1. Everything else is connected to the internet with no problems.

I have done the same, upgrade to 2020.2 and restarted PC and the error is still coming up for me too.

We are aware of some users receiving the error, Connection with the server has failed. Our developers are investigating this and we do understand how important it is to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

 

We do apologise for the inconvenience caused. I will update this post when I have further information.

Me too.  I have local files, but "connection with the server has failed".  Only on some of my companies though - not all of them?
