New user issues - No company file to login to

Hi I have just added a new user to an online Accountright Live account and they have accepted and created a new MY.MYOB login but when they go to open the file MYOB is saying the file is not there and one needs to be created - is there a delay or any issues with adding new users at the moment?

 

Ive not had this problem before Smiley Happy

Its ok i spoke to someone yesterday and there was a MYOB glitch - hopefully it is fixed now Smiley Happy

Just following on from this post - my client still in unable to acess the file..

 

Is this still an issue from MYOB's end??
