Hi
I have noticed that no invoices has been sent via email, but on the invoices it is saying that they have already been sent. Does this mean I will have to manually change their status and send individually? There is over 50 invoices/statements to do this to. Many of our customers like to receive their invoices within the first two business days otherwise we are not paid.
Look forward to an update on this issue.

We did experience a delay in sending emails from AccountRight Live recently, which did include yesterday (02/05/2019). This was caused by an extensive backlog. However, the system has been restored and those emails are now being sent as per normal.

We also have the same problem. Every month we have many customers call and say they never received their invoice, quote or statements even though Sent Emails states that they have.
