Online user access

I have recently invited a user to have access to my online company file, Cards Module.

He has accepted the invite and is able to log in and go to the cards module. However, all the tabs are greyed out except for the personal tab.  He cannot see any of the cards.  He can add new cards, and can run reports listing all the existing cards.

 

I've checked in the user access details and his access is not set to ready only.

 

How can I fix his access so he can see and maintain all the existing cards as well as add new cards?

Hi @ChrisAJ 

 

Sounds like the Cards role doesn't have the individual cards type selected. My recommendation would be to complete the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Setup>>User Access.
  2. Select Manage Roles (top left).
  3. Choose Cards.
  4. Select Cards.
  5. Ensure that you have Customer Cards, Supplier Cards, Employee Cards are ticked along with any other access before selecting Save.

The above process will ensure that any User ID with the Cards role will have access to the required card type.
