Hi How do I find who is the owner of our MYOB account? When I log into My.Myob all the users have the role of administrator? Thanks

For AccountRight Owners, this should be listed on the Serial Number in my.MYOB.
If you go to:
1. Log into my.MYOB
2. Go to: My Products > Manage AccountRight Live
3. Scroll down to Administrator Access and make sure your Serial Number is chosen
4. You should then be able to check the Roles:

Owners are unable to be removed from the front-end and can only be changed on our end at the request of another Owner or with a Change of Details form to change the existing Owner to a new one that is not already listed.
If you are the current owner of the account along with the other, then if you can pass an ID check I can update the details on our end. Please send me:

With that said, if there is only 1 Owner that needs to be removed and replaced this will need to a Change of Details form to be filled in and sent to us.
To do this:
1. Download the Change of Details form
2. Fill it out and send it to: firstname.lastname@example.org
