RESOLVED: Unable to Confirm files - 18/06/2019

Hi everyone,

 

We are currently investigating an issue with our servers, that is impacting the following services:

 

  • Activation and Confirmation of AccountRight files
  • Access to Partner Portal / MYOB Practice
  • Syncing AccountRight Live files
  • Inviting users to AccountRight 

 

Where possible please use the 'confim later' option to continue working on your file for up to 14 days.

 

Our team is working on resolving the issue as fast as possible. Thank you for your patience in the meantime.
