Resolved: Unable to activate or confirm company files (05/09/2018)

Hi Everyone

Current Status: Resolved - 11am (AEST)

Products: AccountRight Classic, AccountRight & AccountEdge

We are aware that some clients will not be able to activate or confirm company files.


For clients that do receive the activation or confirmation company file prompt, there is the Activate Later/Confirm Later option. This will allow you to access the company file and activate/confirm the company file at a later stage.




We apologise for the inconvenience, we’re looking into the cause right now and we realise how important it is to resolve it as quickly as possible. Thanks for your patience
