Unable to automatically confirm your company file

I just logged into MYOB and got this message "Unable to automatically confirm to your company file.  You may not be connected to internet ......."  I am online at the moment and my MYOB updated online as well.  I need some help.  No one at MYOB to confirm by phone or online.  Is anyone else having a problem today?

Hi @Bruin 

 

So we can investigate further would you mind sending me a private message on the Forum with the following information:

 

  • Serial number in the file - Setup>>Company Information
  • Company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight
  • The version of the program you are using - Help>>About AccountRight

Note: This information can be obtained by selecting to Confirm later/placing the file into read-only mode if prompted to confirm upon opening.

We are also having the same problem this morning. MYOB file cannot be confirmed online.

Also having this issue. Unable to use MYOB on any of our computers.

 

Is any manual internvention required by me to report this issue?

It still is not working and this is getting ridiculous.  On a Monday morning as well.  Pay a premium price for this product but the service sure isn't premium

 

MYOB's solution is to just use it offline - that won't work if you're using it to synch stock to your website on a constant basis during the day

 

Get your sh!t togetrher MYOB and fix this issue !
