Report: Balance Sheet - As of date

I use Premier 19.14 (multiuser).  I find it strange that when I enter the date for a report, it does not show that date at the top of the report.

For instance if I generate a Balance Sheet as at 30th September, 2017.  The date of the top of the report just says simply "as at September, 2017".

I work for a company that requires fortnightly reporting and not having reports that show the exact date of the reports becomes extremely confusing.
