I have a client who is starting to send purchase invoices to the MYOB In Tray, however, they have 2 datafiles. I've asked them to make sure they're sending to the correct In Tray, but so far they're still sending all to the main datafile.
It would be so useful to be able to drag & drop from 1 In Tray to another, without having to download & upload the file

Please include a simple feature that will allow the Administrator of an online file (not company file name) to be renamed after FYE rollover. ie Change file name from XXXXX 20-21 to XXXXX21-22.

I would like to see that the web browser functions just as well as the desktop version. Can we please be able to select 'Jobs' when allocating transactions in the web browser. The desktop version of allocating transactions works well but I would like to only use the web browser as it is much more user friendly.

We need to be able to drill into the account by just clicking on it's name to be able to see all transactions listed. Not via reports. This shouldn't be too hard.

I am trying to utilise our customer information in other platforms outside of myob for marketing purposes. A function that will be useful is able to generate a card list report which can filter by card created date. This data can be then exported into excel with the other fields like those in "Card list [detail]"

There are not reports currently available on MYOB that give you the ability to run payroll data (ie wages, etc) by State.
I can see in the forums this has been requested numerous times. THere is only the abilit to enter 1 state for payroll tax reporting and for a lot of business that is just not the reality.
Is this going to be looked at as an idea for development soon? The posts date back to 2016 at least.

It would be great to capture employee's visa status and expiry date especially due to skills shortage at present, we are looking to recruit more visa holders than ever before. Ideally you platform would link directly with VEVO, to download the latest update on the employee visa status. Also set reminders within Myob to follow up employee before expiry day.

Hello, It would be nice to have a setting or a user preference to have auto sorting on quotes. Currently it seems it is set to quote number lowest first but after using the software for 4 years I have alot of quotes. It would be great to be able to switch it to newest first.

The Advanced search feature under the customer drop down box in receive payments, should also include the ability to search on Card ID . Or better still, typing the card ID directly in the customer box should bring up the customer.
Many businesses ask their customers to quote their unique Card ID when making a bank transfer, so myob should be able to use this card ID when processing the customer payment.

Our staff use MYOB teams for the timesheet submission. I have times when I have completed the submitted Timesheets for the week only to discover that some staff have added hours to a previous week using their Teams app.
Timesheets need to be locked for a previous payroll week so staff cannot access that date range anymore.

The Find transactions page (accessible via the Banking menu) lets you search for a particular type of transaction and for a selected period. The Find transactions page is only available for users with the Administrator or Accountant/Bookkeeper roles and permissions. There are three tabs in Find transactions, Use the Find and replace tab to replace the account or tax code on one or more transactions.
It is also allow to select an entry and let us to delete it.
We have multiple users that are doing admin job, we would like to restrict this function.
However, in AccountRight online version there is no way to restrict this function even in desktop's Preference it has been set.
Is it possible to add a function that can turn off this part? and allowing transaction to be reversed instead.

In the Invoices View, we are able to view "All", "Open", "Closed" and "Credit". Having a dropdown here for "Overdue" would be very useful.

Bank feeds used to show each credit cards last 4 digits so they could be identified easily.
Since we have several cards coming out of the same bank account I really liked it as I could approach the credit card user in order to collect their dockets from purchases they had made.
Now I have to go onto our bank to get this information.
It was already a feature so can't understand why it has been taken away.

We use an automated expense management system that syncs supplier invoices to MYOB and in the description of the transaction it shows an https link that opens up to the actual supplier invoice. Our expense management system maps this link to MYOB Account Right but MYOB Account Right does not allow for clickable links at the moment. MYOB Advanced does allow for this link to be clickable but we are not looking at moving to Advance.
We would like to request MYOB to look into this please?

I'd really like to add a line number to the purchase table in our item purachse orders.
i.e there would be a column to the left of the table that automatically numbers 1, 2, 3 with each item row.
That way when enquiring to our suppliers we could reference a simple line or item number rather than having to quote the entire part number. This would be helpful on sales invoices also.

Scenario.... Processing pays using timesheets, an incorrect entry on timesheet means that you need to exit out of payroll processing, back to timesheets to fix then process the pay.
Can an update be done so either the payroll can be updated as soon as a change has been made whilst processing the payroll OR....
It would be another great feature to be able to enter the timesheet PLUS process at the same time/same screen...
another suggestion is being able to make payroll categories invalid so they don't show up and fill out the payroll processing page.
