EOFY doesn't much with payrun 2023

I want to close my end of year payroll but when i go on line the figures do not much my entrees.

for example, it shows 252,021 instead of 323,317.

Same goes for PAYG and suppa.

The pay run history report on the online MYOB shows the correct amounts for all employees.

I checked all the entrees and everything looks ok.

Is there a way to try to synchronise the software with the EOFY again?

Thank you for your post and welcome to Community Forum. 

I understand that you are having an issue with your EOFY that did not match your 2023 financial year.  In this case, you will need to check the Pay Items if it was not assigned to the ATO reporting category, If changes have been made, process an update event or $0 pay run to update the figures.
