Missing Drop Down Arrow on Sales Invoice Address for one user only

No drop down arrow showing next to address box and this is blanked out dark - cannot change from address 1 / 2 for only one user.

Can we change this? Is it under settings? or Preferences?

Hi @KarenH1 

 

Looking at the screenshot you have uploaded, it looks like the transaction is locked for that user i.e. the category is greyed out. As such, I would make sure that they have full access to the Enter Sales function with their user profile.

 

Having said that, as it's just the one user I would have it a guess that Setup>>Preferences>>System - I Include Items on Time Billing Invoices is not enabled for that user. You may have to grant the user access to the Preferences window to enable to that preference. Without that option enabled, you don't have the option in the Enter Sales window for a Ship To address and thus when viewing invoices that do you wouldn't have the option to update that record.
