Timebilling invoices not in Customise Forms

HI All,


I have just been upgraded to Accountright Plus and I use Timebilling. I am trying to print my invoices but guess what they don't exist! 

This is what I get in Customise Forms. I can invoice in timebilling but I can't print, save to disk anything.


This is how I have been invoicing clients for 20 years and now I can't do it.  Help please someone

When you install AccountRight 2019 the product installs all levels of product (Basics, Standard, Plus, Premier), the company file determines what level to open it up with.


Based on the screenshot you have uploaded, the company file has upgraded as Standard file - no timebilling or payroll modules. This is not that uncommon and can happen if you haven't used Payroll or another Plus features or an older version.  To get that company file to be a Plus file you would need to go to Help>>Change Product and select Plus. This will prompt the company file to be confirmed, which can be done online. Once that process has been completed, the file should be a Plus file going forward and you would have access to timebilling and payroll.


You may also need to migrate your timebilling customise forms into that company file if you have been using an AccountRight Classic (v19 or below) product - see Upgrade task - migrating personalised forms for more information.
