Unable to login with new NBN

Good afternoon,

 

We have recently had the NBN installed. I have emails and internet and can download pages from the web but I am unable to login to AccountRight. However, I can login if I disconnect the NBN and revert to 4G although the 4G seems really slow.  The error messages  - Unable to Connect -not connected to the internet. I have had Telstra technicians out and also our own IT people but neither have found a solution. Hoping that I maybe able to get some clues.

Hi @Druba 

 

If you have checked the obvious things, like your network cables, and replugged your modem, but still receiving the error, I would recommend trying our other troubleshooting suggestions
