Hi @mark000,
Thank you for your post. The From information that appears on the email comes from the information that is set up in the company file. If you go to set up > Preferences > Select the emailing tab it will have the 'From Name' field. If it is listed as 'White Hawk Window Cleaning', you will need to remove it and update it to the correct name.
