Changing employee card details whilst in payroll

Hello

 

I am having trouble . I am putting in new employees details and  when I go back to check its there the super and bank details are no longer there. Is there a place to save ?

I have been waiting on phone to myob for over half and hour and getting a bit frustrated.

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find plenty of useful information.

 

The correct way to enter details onto a Employee Card is to go to the Card File Command Centre > Card list.

Click on the Employee Tab then choose the employee card you want to enter details for.

Work you way through each step of the card making sure you check the Standard Pay as the last thing before clicking on OK.

Any details you entered should be retained in the card.

You CANNOT enter details onto a employee card while you are processing pays.
