Importing Standard Base Hours

I am trying to import payroll hours using the time sheet function.

Currently, the standard base hours are set to 1 for all employees.

When I attempt to import the time sheets, 1 hour is added to the imported hours.

Is there a way I can import a file to set the Standard Base Hours for all employees to 0?

I am referring to the screen found in the employee card under Payroll Details, Standard Pay. Currently the Hours are set to 1. Is there a way I can do an import to change this for all employees rather than having to open up every employee card and do this? I have a very large payroll.

Thanks.

@PengwenBK

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find plenty of useful information.

The only way I know of to edit the standard pay for employees is to open every employee card and change it there.

If you export the cards it is not one of the fields that can be exported so can't be done that way.

If my response to your query and has helped, please mark my post as a solution to help others in the future.
