Hi @Rona
You mentioned that you are using AccountRight v19.5, this particular version of the program is not tested and therefore not supported with Office 2016. While it can work you may encounter issues or crashing. We would only support AccountRight Premier v19.8.1 with the use of Office 2016 for New Zealand.
I notice on your account that you are not showing as having an AccountRight Subscription with us. If you would like to have access to AccountRight v19.8.1, which is the latest version of AccountRight Premier Classic for New Zealand and is supported with Office 2016, we would need to arrange for that. Do let us know and we would be happy to assist with that.
Alternatively some clients have found some success in doing a reinstall of Outlook to prevent AccountRight from crashing.

This is happening to us as well. The sole reason we upgraded to this version was to be compatable with Windows 10 and allow us to send multiple statements. It did so for the first month. Now it will not send more than one statement or invoice at a time. We have to send one email ,then have to get out of myob ,re enter then send out the next. We upgraded solely to fix this problem, paying $100 per month for the privelige. Not impressed.Perhaps our payments should be suspended until the problem is solved

Hi @Roycourt,
Sorry to hear you are also having issue emailing from AccountRight on Windows 10.
Just to confirm, are you currently using AccountRight v19.13? Does it prompt you to select an Outlook profile before the crashing occurs?
If you were prompted to select the profile, then please open Outlook first, then send out emails, which should fix the problem.
If there was no prompt for Outlook profile, please try the following workaround - Navigate to C:\PlusClassic or C:\PremierClassic, locate the file named MapiEX Disable.txt, rename it to MapiEX DisableOLD.txt. Restart AccountRight then try again.
Another method that worked for some client is right click on the AccountRight shortcut, choose Run as Administrator to launch the program, then send emails.
Please do let us know how you go.
Kind regards,
Clover

I have tried your work around and now when MYOB sends the emails in sends them in the winmail.dat form which some customers cannot open. I was told the other day by MYOB chat to repair our Outlook 2016 was given the instructions this has not helped it is still crashing when sending multiple emails or sending as winmail.dat files if we try your workaround. Can you please advise a timeframe that this will be fixed. We are using 19.13

Hi there @Timber2016,
Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum. We do hope you find it a valuable resource.
Please step through the workaround as suggested in this thread and then have a look at the following instructions to resolve the winmail.dat issue:
In Outlook 2010 and later: Go to File > Options > Mail > Compose Messages > ensure that Outlook is set up to compose e-mails in HTML or Plain Text (not Rich Text Format). Given this issue has been linked to Outlook being set up to compose e-mails in Rich Text Format, this should (hopefully!) resolve the issue.
Please do let us know how you go, and feel free to post again anytime you require.
