Old email being used when sending payslip

We're using the latest AccountRight version.
Our employee's email address was incorrectly entered when first created and later corrected. leonie@adventurouswomen.com instead of leonie@adventurouswomen.com.au so was still a valid domain & address.. just not our's 

In the subsequent pay runs her payslip is still being sent to the old email address and bouncing back after a few days. - see below. I have double checked it's correct in both AccountRight and Team employee details

 

It appears you're using mailchimp to mail so is it possible the mailchimp subscription records haven't been updated or can we flush the old stored data in accountRight online?

Hi @AdventurousW 

 

Not sure if this might be the issue, be aware that there are 2 locations for an email address for an employee - on their Profile tab and on the Payroll Details > Personal Details tab - for payslips MYOB is meant to use the latter.
