Sometimes when I send the payslips via email the staff do not receive them, however it appears in my sent mail.

Sorry to see that no one has offered assistance with your query. To narrow down the cause of them not coming through, can you send a test payslip to a different address (e.g. you could use your own), and see if it comes through?

If it does come through you would be looking at firewalls or filters blocking the email on your employees' end.

Some employees receive the payslips and some do not

Thanks for your reply. Were you able to try sending a test email to yourself? If you were, did you receive that one? Or was there an error message at all?
