I am wanting to do the Payment Summaries and get the following message - there is no electronic reporting specification available for this payroll year.

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a great source of information.
I can definitely help with this, we do have a script that can be run to resolve this error.
If your file is online;
we can run the script for you. I will just need to know:
If your file is not online;
You can run an offline tool to resolve this issue.
Simply follow these instructions:

Thank you for the details, I have now run the script over your online file. This issue should now have been corrected.
If you were on the file at the time of this post, you may need to close and re-open the file to see the changes.

Thanks for help. I just tried to restart the file but still not allowing me generate payment summaries.
The file I am having trouble is a sub file for second company. Not sure if this making any difference?

Hi there,
This error message still not being fixed. I tried to ring tech support team but the man was useless, just waste my one and half hour and not going anywhere.
Could someone please help please? Really need to generate payment summaries.

I’ve run that script over your files, please do log out of AccountRight and log back in before trying to run the payment summaries again and letting us know how you got on
