Hi,

I am balancing my EOY wages and I have 2 pays for the same person, the only pays she earned that havent been reported thru the reporting but they have been put through in the payroll, I have no idea how this happened.

So her pays where we 31/7/2019 and we 7/8/2019.

So she is not showing up on the EOY finalisation.

Can someone tell me how I get her to show up in that please?

As I said her pays have been processed through MYOB and she has been paid.

Hi @Fossicker, 

Thank you for your post. Can I please get you to check if their Employment basis status is set to Other ? If it is this would exclude them from STP reporting. You can check this by going into their card file > Payroll details tab.

Thank you for your response, I actaully called MYOB and they solved it for me I had to do a zero pay.
